We checked out the official Reindeer Cam today too...we saw Santa feed his reindeer at 11:00. The kids seemed to LOVE it...if you are interested, here is the website. But, there is also an app.

The students are coming home with quite a lot packed into their backpack. I've sent home some of our recent projects and they also cleaned out their book drawers today. They've brought home many of the books we've read during class time and that have been in their drawers for a while. Some students also decided to bring home the books they brought from home at the start of the year. If your child did bring home those books, please choose 2-3 books to send back to school to keep in their drawer. Again- these do not have to be books they can read- just a few of their favorites that they can share with their friends or practice retelling, etc. I will supply the books that they are able to read fluently. Let me know if you have questions.
