This week, we will move on to learning about How-To stories. Most of this week will be spent on reading How-To's and noticing the important features, not so much writing them quite yet...but we will move to writing them the following week. It will be a nice change of pace! They are taking the responsibility of choosing their books to bring home to show you. Just a few minutes each night can make a big difference. Don't forget about Raz-Kids too! This is a great resource of leveled books. We don't get to spend much of our class time on the app, but it is a really beneficial reading app for your child! Give it a try if you haven't! |
